A Denver native, Jll graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. This was the launching pad for a varied career in finance, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit program management, and contract administration which have all positioned her for success at J2T. With more than 16 years of experience in operations, contract administration and database administration, Jll is the glue that keeps J2T together. As Director of Operations at J2T, she specializes in blending J2T’s operations with its executive recruiting efforts. The blending of practices allows J2T’s seasoned Executive Recruiters to focus on the business at hand—securing the best talent possible for our clients.
From overseeing accounting practices and the IT needs of J2T, to supporting the Company’s marketing initiatives and public relations, she plays a strategic role in the Company’s daily operations and future direction. Since joining J2T Jll has helped the agency transition to become one of the country’s top finance and accounting recruiting companies.
With four children of her own, Jll is very passionate about the needs of children and families and is very active with organizations that champion those causes including Stephen Ministry, Southmoor Elementary PTA and Haiti Partners. When not tending to the activities and joy from parenting 4 children, Jll enjoys running, reading and travel with her husband.
